Returns and Exchanges

We want your shopping experience to be positive and worry-free. To achieve that, we have included our full list of policies here to help better articulate our policies and ensure a long-lasting worthwhile relationship with you.

Returns/Exchange Policy

For your convenience, we have provided our full policy in bullet format for ease.

  • We happily accept returns of most new items within 30 days of the date of purchase for store credit only.

  • We will not accept returns of final sale, clearance, used, ripped, worn, or stained items.

  • Within 7 days of received purchase, a return request is needed to fulfill return.

  • Returning your item within 15 days of return request ensures a guaranteed store credit as long as they meet return requirements.

  • We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your items of any problems or damages to your order, otherwise they will not be eligible for a return.

  • We try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. For that reason, changes to orders can be accepted up to 30 minutes after a confirmed purchase by emailing

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. 

  • Weboshe is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the USPS. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we may not be able to provide a replacement or refund of store credit.

  • Weboshe will pay return shipping costs for returns that meet our policies.

  • On orders over $300 we may require proof of signature for drop-off to ensure your orders are not lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse, and 4-5 business days for our team to process your return and issue your store credit.

  • The amount refunded includes only the original purchase price of the products, and does not include original shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of order.

  • Please double check the sizing guide or contact us regarding any questions to ensure you choose the correct size.

  • Items in our Accessories collection may not be eligible for return if items are broken, damaged, scratched, chipped, or otherwise not up to the standard of when they were sent.

  • Bras and undergarments may not be eligible for return for sanitary purposes and will be clearly marked on their respective pages.

  • If you purchase an item with a discount of 30% or more, off of the normal price, the item is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
